We are excited to share that, once again, an SDS windshifter is now operational in Asia!

Furthermore, the customer integrated 2 suction points (Film Vacuum System) for manually sorted film.

We have successfully installed a Nihot SDS 1200 windshifter to efficiently separate non-recyclable materials from a pre-processed film fraction to enhance and refine a clean film fraction for recycling purposes.

Nihot also supplied 2 x Film Vacuum System (FVS) suction points for taking out film from the waste stream (manual sorting). The FVS is a combination of one or more suction points above a sorting belt, a recirculation fan and a Rotary Air Separator (RAS). The complete systems works in a closed loop. This ensures that the air used for material suction is fully recirculated back into the system. The FVS can be easily installed in existing sorting cabins.
