Recently installed SDS windshifter in a new SRF production plant in France!

We’re proud to share the successful installation of a Nihot SDS 1400 windshifter as part of a new Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) production facility.

This system is now effectively removing heavy inert materials from Commercial and Industrial (C&I) waste, producing a clean light fraction ready for further processing. The result? Valuable new raw materials that are packaged and sent to recycling channels (cement kiln etc.)—reducing reliance on natural resources and contributing to a more sustainable future.

The SDS windshifter uses negative pressure (aspiration) to achieve high separation efficiency, a proven method for consistent and reliable material recovery.
