Nihot supplied a DRS disc screen for removing <80 mm from shredded MSW waste which is being used as RDF. The overs (80-300 mm) of the screen are the input to the SDX windshifter for removing inert material for the protection of the secondary shredder (reducing OPEX and down time) and creating RDF with a high calorific value.
